Every stage, before it happens

Most building horror stories come from surprises. Ours is a deliberately transparent process: you know who you are talking to, how long each stage takes, and what it costs, at every step.

Initial Consultation and Structural Assessment

We meet on site, walk through what you want and what the site will and will not allow, and if there is any sign of structural movement, cracking or subsidence, we arrange a registered structural engineer to assess it before anything is quoted. We ask direct questions because a vague brief kills a budget, and we do not pitch magic or promise the impossible.

Planning and Detailed Quotation

We prepare a comprehensive quotation covering scope, specifications, inclusions, timelines and pricing, and coordinate architects, engineers, surveyors and other consultants where the project needs them.

Any survey or specialist advice we need costs money. We tell you the number before we start.

Design and Approvals

We manage council applications, CDC approvals, engineering certifications and any other authority requirements the project needs, keeping you informed as each approval progresses.

Typical duration2 to 8 weeks, depending on the approval pathway

We do not control council or certifier timeframes, but we tell you exactly what is required and chase it on your behalf.

Construction

We manage every stage of construction with strict quality control and safety compliance, with regular client communication so you always know where the project is up to.
