Structural Repairs

Structural problems rarely fix themselves, and a cosmetic patch on a structural crack just hides the problem. Apex identifies the actual cause first, whether it is footing movement, a failed beam, rot or a design fault, then has a registered engineer design the repair and carries it out exactly to that design. Where independent certification or an insurer sign-off is required, we coordinate it, so the repair is documented and durable, not just painted over.
